Research on Swing Model and Fuzzy Anti Swing Control Technology of Bridge Crane

A bridge crane is often used in a complex environment and subject to the interference of all loads. Some uncertain factors have an inevitable impact on its swing. So force situation during working cycle analyzed, three-dimensional dynamic mathematical model built. Through simulation analysis under action driving wind load, change law swing angle studied. Then, fuzzy control theory determine parameter anti-sway process. The position, deviation, deviation rate are taken as input, correction obtained after fuzzification by using center gravity method. system designed simulated. research results show that reasonable PID controller can not only improve adaptability system, but also overcome large overshoot, quickly restrain swing, effectively realize function crane.
